We recommend the use of warm soapy water, ammonia-based mild liquid household cleaner or dedicated countertop cleaner. Please avoid the use of window cleaners or any abrasives as they may impair and dull the glossy surface.

Although mineral cast is a durable and low-maintenance material, we would like to bring your attention to certain important details and give you some simple tips on care and maintenance: Glossy mineral cast is best cleaned with soap and water or with a mild liquid cleanser. Cleansers with grinding agents must not be used as this can cause the surface to lose its gloss. Please do not use scouring agents or microfiber cloths as these will scratch the surface. The gloss of the washstand surface can be polished using polishing agents (rub in and immediately re-polish). The product is compatible with most chemicals commonly used in the home, but any stains should be removed as soon as possible.

Be cautious with hair dyes, hair bleach, lipstick and other aggressive chemicals. Please remove immediately.
Rub polish into the tub once or twice a year using a fine polishing agent (car polish and care wax are also suitable).

The matt surface is cleaned with a scouring agent (cleaning milk, yellow/green sponge, microfiber cloth, etc.). Stains from burning cigarettes or nail polish can be removed using wet sandpaper without leaving any residue. The temperature of the service water should not exceed 65°. Hair dyes must be removed as soon as possible if they come into contact with the surface in order to prevent staining.
